Bulk Operations: Modify Multiple Listings at Once with Optiwise.ai

Bulk operations help sellers manage or modify multiple products simultaneously, rather than one by one. These operations save time, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency, enabling sellers to update prices, add tags, assign products to campaigns, or make other adjustments across their entire catalog or specific filtered selections. With the flexibility to apply bulk actions with or without filters, sellers can focus on specific product groups, seasonal launches, or promotional campaigns.

A) Bulk Publish

Publish your product listing titles, descriptions, prices, key features, specifications, and EBC for multiple products at once. 
  1. On the catalog page, select the products you want to bulk publish on. 
    Quick Tip: You can also apply various filters on the catalog page and select all products in one go to make changes. 
  2. Click on “Publish”.
  3. Select the changes that you want to publish, then click "Publish".
  4. Once publishing is successful, the following message will be displayed.
  5. In case of errors, click on the link with error products as highlighted below.
  6. You will be redirected to the Catalog page with pre-applied filters. Update the specified errors and republish.

B) Bulk Import EBC


To import EBC in bulk, select the listings you are targeting and click "Import EBC". Note: This will only import the EBC content and not make it live. You can review, update, and publish them later. 

C) Bulk Price Update

Easily update prices for multiple products in just a few steps. 
Note: You can follow the steps above or use the shortcut method below.
  1. On the catalog page, select the products you want to update the prices for and click “Update Price”.
  2. Enter the details based on the price changes you want to make, and click “Next”. You can update pricing options based on:
    1. Increase price in Value
    2. Increase price in Percent
    3. Decrease price in Value
    4. Decrease price in Percent
  3. Review the new prices and click on “Update”.
  4. Once complete, a success message will be shown as below.

D) Bulk AI-Content Generation

Generate high-performing product listing content (titles, descriptions, key features, and more) for multiple products in one-click. 
  1. On the catalog page, select the products you want to generate listing content for and click on “Generate AI Content”.
  2. Switch the toggle on for the content type you want to generate content on - title, description, key features, etc. 
    1. Optional: For a more personalized content, you can also add details in the provided fields. You can enter the keywords you want to include or exclude and also add additional instructions. 
  3. Once completed, click on “Generate Content”.
  4. Review and Publish. 

E) Bulk Export

Simplify the process of managing and utilizing your catalog data with Bulk Export. 

Use Bulk Export to: 
  1. Quickly export data for multiple products or the entire catalog.
  2. Save time by avoiding manual product updates.
  3. Generate a detailed product file for easy sharing with other team members. 
  4. Provide stakeholders with accurate, up-to-date data for planning, marketing, and inventory purposes.
  1. On the catalog page, select the products you want to export or select the entire catalog in one-go (as shown in the screenshot), and click on “Export”.
  2. A file will be downloaded that can be used for further analysis. 
  3. The Excel file includes the following details for each catalog item: 
    1. SKU
    2. Walmart Item ID
    3. GTIN/UPC
    4. Inventory
    5. Units Sold
    6. Page Views
    7. Revenue
    8. Price

F) Bulk Product Linking

This feature streamlines linking Walmart products to the same items on Amazon, helping you save time and enhance operational efficiency.
  1. Navigate to the Import section, click on “Imports” and select “Linking of Products” from the dropdown to access the Bulk Linking Template
    . This file serves as the base for associating products with their respective ASINs.
  2. A popup will be displayed. Click on “Download Template” to download the template for Linking the Products.
  3. Fill the downloaded template with the required product details like Walmart Item ID and Amazon ASIN.
  4. On the popup, click on “Select File” to upload the updated file, then click on “Import”.
  5. Once uploaded successfully, a confirmation message will appear, and the details will be shown on the Import Page.
  6. This should typically take 1-2 minutes, depending on the no. of items added. Once linked, the Catalog page will display linked products with an orange linking icon, and the "Linked ASIN" column will show the corresponding ASINs.

G) Bulk Addition of Keywords

Upload multiple keywords in one go to optimize your product listings, improve ad campaign visibility, and track keyword rankings.

  1. Navigate to the Import section, click on “Imports” and select “New Keywords” option from the dropdown to access the Bulk addition of Keywords Template. This file serves as the base for associating Keywords with products.
  2. A popup will be displayed. Click on “Download Template” to download the template for adding keywords in Bulk. 
  3. Fill the downloaded template with the required details like Keyword, Product Type and Item ID.
  4. On the popup, click on “Select File” to upload the updated file, then click on “Import”.
  5. Once uploaded successfully, a confirmation message will appear, and the details will be shown on the Import Page.
  6. Once completed, you can find your keywords in the Keyword Rank page. 

H) Bulk Addition of Tags

Organize your catalog by assigning custom tags to multiple items at once. 
By using relevant and strategic tags, you can create meaningful product groupings, making it easier and faster to search within your catalog.
  1. On the catalog page, select the products you want to add tags on and click on “Add Tag”.
  2. In the “Add Tags” popup, enter the Tag name and click on “Add”. The tag name gets added to selected products.

I) Snooze/Unsnooze Recommendations

Temporarily pause or activate product recommendations in bulk to better control your sales strategy.

J) Request Assistance
