How can I add more EBC to my existing plan?
Enhanced Brand Content (EBC/ Rich media/ BTF) allows sellers to create product-specific brand stories and showcase various use cases to boost upselling and cross-selling. It includes interactive content like high-quality images, videos, slideshows, comparison charts, detailed product features, and more!
Note: For best results, we recommend opting for rich-media add-ons over the Essential and Premium plans that include access to exclusive features such as advanced growth recommendations, unlimited tracking and reports, bulk actions, and much more!
1. Navigate to the Subscriptions Page:
- Log in to your Optiwise.ai account and go to the Subscriptions page.
- Note: The subscription page is accessible only when at least one of the catalog keys is connected - Amazon, Walmart.
2. Choose Add More EBC:
- Navigate to the subscriptions page and Scroll down and select “Add More EBC” option.
3. Select Your EBC Plan:
- Choose among the available plans that best fits your needs. Click on “Upgrade” for the respective plan to proceed.
- Note: Opt for annual billing at the payment page to get up to 20% discount on your plan.
4. Complete the Payment to Get Started
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Enter your details, and complete the transaction.
