Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) - A Complete Guide

Rich Media, also known as Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) or Below-The-Fold, refers to interactive and engaging digital content like high-quality images, product videos, slide shows, comparison charts, product features, and more! 


A) Add EBC to your Listings


There are two ways users can add EBC on Walmart using Optiwise.ai:
  1. Re-create EBC from Amazon - Import A+ content from Amazon to Walmart and upload EBC within minutes. Follow the steps here. 
  2. Create New EBC Modules - Create customized enhanced modules using our pre-defined templates for comparison tables, video hosting, feature sets, and more! Follow the steps here. 
We recommend using the importing mode for quick turnaround and maximum value. 

B) Edit EBC


  1. Select the product you wish to update EBC for. 
  2. Scroll through the Product Details page and click "Edit" under the "Enhanced Brand Content" section.
  3. Edit the module of your choice. Add or remove images, videos, and text to create a more visually appealing and engaging listing. 
  4. Once all changes are done, click on "Save". 
  5. Review next and select "Publish". 
  6. Once complete, you'll be able to view the updated product listing with EBC. 

C) Re-Order EBC Modules


  1. Select the product you wish to re-order EBC for. 
  2. Scroll through the Product Details page and click "Edit" under the "Enhanced Brand Content" section.
  3. Click on "Reorder Module" and drag-and-drop modules as per your preferred sequence.
  4. Once all changes are done, click on "Done". 
  5. Review next and select "Publish". 
  6. Once complete, you'll be able to view the updated product listing with EBC. 

D) Re-sync EBC

Re-sync feature allows users to import their new or modified A+ content from Amazon's marketplace without deleting their existing EBC content. With Re-Sync, users can ensure that their product's listing on Amazon remains up-to-date and appealing to potential buyers while keeping their previous EBC content intact.

  1. Select the product you wish to re-sync EBC for. 
  2. Scroll through the Product Details page and click on "Re-Sync from Amazon" under the "Enhanced Brand Content" section.
  3. To continue, click "Confirm".
  4. Once synced, you'll be able to view the updated EBC content. 
E) Copy EBC

Copy EBC features help users eliminate repetitive and time-consuming tasks associated with manually inputting the same EBC information across multiple products. This feature is game-changing for brands that manage multiple products simultaneously. 


  1. Select the product with the EBC you wish to copy. 
  2. Scroll through the Product Details page and click "Copy EBC" under the "Enhanced Brand Content" section.
  3. Enter Item ID(s) for product listings where you'd like to paste the same EBC and click "Copy".
  4. EBC will be automatically imported and copied to the products given in the previous step.
  5. Once synced, you'll be able to view the updated EBC content. 

F) Unpublish EBC

Unpublish EBC removes Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) from the selected Walmart Product page, making it unavailable to customers.


  1. Select the product with the EBC you wish to copy. 
  2. Scroll through the Product Details page and click "Unpublish" under the "Enhanced Brand Content" section.
  3. Confirm the action by clicking on "Unpublish".
  4. Once complete, you'll be able to view the updated product listing without EBC. 

G) Delete EBC

Optiwise.ai provides the option to delete one/ many/ all EBC modules with just one click.


  1. Select the product you wish to delete EBC for. 
  2. Scroll through the Product Details page and click "Edit" under the "Enhanced Brand Content" section.
  3. To delete one module: 
    1. Click on "Delete Module" and click "Publish" to confirm. 
  4. To delete all modules: 
    1. Click on "Delete all modules" and confirm by clicking "Delete All"
  5. Your Walmart Product Listing will be updated without enhanced content.
  6. Once complete, you'll be able to view the updated product listing without EBC.

I) Upgrade your EBC Add-On Plan


  1. To upgrade your EBC Add-on Plan, log in to Optiwise.ai. 
  2. Navigate to the Subscription Page and switch to the "Credit Details" tab.
  3. Select the drop down for Add Credits and choose "Upgrade EBC Plan". 
  4. Choose the plan of your choice and click "Upgrade". 
  5. Make the payment and wait for some time to see the changes on your account.
