How can I Upgrade my Plan on Optiwise.ai?

1. Navigate to the Subscriptions Page: 

  1. Log in to your Optiwise.ai account and go to the Subscriptions page. 
  2. Click on "Upgrade Here". 
  3. Note: The subscription page is accessible only when at least one of the catalog keys is connected - Amazon, Walmart.


2. Select your choice of Subscription Plan:


A. Platform-Based Plans
      Based on your needs from the marketplace needed - 1P, 3P, Both and the SKUs needed for Optimization choose your plan.
B. Managed Solutions: Get a Dedicated Customer Success and Ad Expert for your catalog
    1. In addition to full platform access, onboard a dedicated marketplace expert for your Amazon and Walmart (1P, 3P, and both) catalogs.     1. For platform plans,
      1. Choose the plan that best fits your needs. Click on “Upgrade” for the respective plan to proceed.
      2. You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Enter your details, and complete the transaction. The plan will be activated within 1 business day after payment is processed.
